Cancellations can be requested before a break but are subject to a 4% cancellation fee. This fee is deducted from the refund amount! This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the transaction is made!
Live Breaks WILL NOT BEGIN IF THE BUYER IS NOT PRESENT unless stated otherwise. Only then will the buyer be provided a VOD TIME of their purchases being opened.
